In this app you will find a set of exercises for training the back. All exercises do not require additional accessories and can be done at home. You will need only a regular chair. And all exercises take about 7 minutes.


In the app settings, you can select the difficulty level and set reminders. And in the Diary section you can follow on which days you did the exercises, and on which days you missed them.
